What is Alpha and Omega?

What is Alpha and Omega:

In the Greek alphabet, Alpha is the first letter and the Omega is the last letter. When God says “I am Alpha and Omega” he is saying that he is the beginning and the end. This would be equivalent to God saying today: I am A and Z.
