Romans 14:5

Colossians 2:16
Explanation:
None of these passages suggest the Sabbath is not a requirement. Isaiah 1:13 only suggests that God does not take pleasure in the activity of the wicked; even if that activity is observing the Sabbath.
Romans 14:5 also does not suggest that one should not practice the Sabbath. When Paul wrote this letter, there was a debate within the Christian church regarding when a Christian should observe the Sabbath. Those who practice classical Judaism argued that Sabbath should be practiced on Saturday. However, many others argued that the Sabbath should be practiced on Sunday in honor of the resurrection of Christ.
In this passage, Paul is only saying that the day during which someone practices the Sabbath is not as important as what is in the heart of the person practicing.
Regarding Colossians 2:16, again nothing in this passage suggests that the Sabbath should not be practiced. Only that one should not be judged by what day they choose to practice the Sabbath.
