Can Demons possess people’s bodies:
While Scripture is unclear as to how a demon possesses a person’s body, Scripture is very clear that demons do in fact have the ability to possess a person. However, because Christians are possessed by the Holy Spirit they are not at risk of demonic possession. Nowhere in Scripture are Christians warned that they may be possessed by demons.
When he arrived at the other side in the region of the Gadarenes, two demon-possessed men coming from the tombs met him. They were so violent that no one could pass that way.
