What does ‘God is All Present’ mean:
God, as the creator of space and time, must be greater than his own creation and unrestricted by its laws. This means, while all created things are required to exist within a certain space and time, God, as the creator, is not forced to observes such a restriction.
This means there cannot be a space or time where God exists and another where God does not exist. Therefore, God must exist everywhere and at every time.
Existing everywhere is simple for most to understand. However, existing at every time is more difficult for some to understand. Because we live in this universe, we are subjected to the law of time. Meaning, like gravity keeps us on the planet, time keeps us in the present.
God, as the creator of time, is not restricted to the present. This means God is at every time always. God is still at the crucifixion of Jesus, God is still at your birth, God is at your death.
